Review content:
carefully read the reviews and take them half heartedly. I know there are 3 sides to every story. I decided to check out a rental house managed by C. Furnas in the $675 range in Inman, SC (by no means cheap for the area). The house looked lovely on the outside and in a safe neighborhood. After driving to the office, giving a refundable $20 deposit and being told the property has been cleaned and is ready for show, I made the trip back to Inman.\r I picked up strewn garbage from the front proch.. No big deal it happens..Made it in to a bathroom- the tub was black with scum, mold on the rotting ceiling from a roof issue (still wet). Walked to the kitchen- there were fewer dead roaches than live ones. I made it to the second bedroom felt something crawling on my foot. I looked down and my legs were absolutley COVERED in fleas. I ran out of the house and knocked what fleas I saw off of me. Got in my car and left. Within minutes fleas were bouncing around my car. I am so pissed that I wasted
