Handle my property very well. Very timely, and easy to work with. Nothing but pleasant experiences with any problems that have came up. Gets unit's filled within a reasonable amount of time.\r

Read a few other reviews stating "slum lords", "wont make repairs", etc. Understand this is not the company...they only MANAGE the properties that owners have, they are the middle men. If you get in a property owned by a cheap bastard that doesnt want to fix anything then that is the owner, not the Chase Furnas PM company. I for instance fix everything the tenant wants, outside of absurd things...like new carpet in a unit that has 2 year old carpet...things of this nature.
