Review content:
Calling a Funeral home is awkward and as serious a subject as can be. However when I called, the person who answered was so unprofessional she just answered ""sales"". What!? How crude is that! I was not even sure I was calling a funeral home!!. Then just to get someone to talk about funeral planning, she could not speak english and could not find anyone to speak english with me and she had the nerve to be so familiar with me as to call me ""honey"". She even told me to hold and I could hear her talking about something completely unretaled to my inquiry because she did not bother to put me on hold!. I dont know her, she could not help me, she could not speak english and she was far from professional! I left a message with her to have someone call me who could speak english. Who knows if I'll get a call.
Cons: do not speak english, totally unprofessional and too familiar
