If you get the wellness plan, Banfield is a pretty good value. They are always very busy, so wait times can be long and the vets can seem rushed, but they do take time to explain and get your input. The Drs. there are very much animal people and great with my cat. The vet techs are courteous and knowledgeable enough.\r

I mainly picked them for proximity and being open on weekends but have had a good experience.\r

If i had to knock it, it would be because they are inside PetSmart...I know that is not really their or fault or even necessarily a problem, but the hustle and bustle of the store can upset some of the animals waiting for treatment. Maybe that's just my perception...
