Okay, so I've had nightmare experiences already with the corporate vet hospitals and with the dirty, grubby place in the nasty neighborhood. I LOVE this place! I was pleasantly greeted and was shown into the exam room within a few minutes. The assistant spent some time finding out the problems I was having with my dog, answered some non-vet questions and lo and behold, the doctor came in on time and spent a ton of time with me and my dog. What a change from the three minute in and out I got from the Big Business Place. I saw Dr. Garlinghouse and she did a really thorough examination, answered all my questions and really explained what was happening and WHY. Extremely knowledgeable and informed, very good with my scaredy-cat dog (she got onto the floor with him instead of hoisting him up onto the table and just pet him and talked to him without poking him with things right off the bat). I was very worried about putting my dog under anesthesia and she took me in back and showed me
