What do I think of Smith and Core? I think they are heartless cold blooded selfish individuals who knowingly contaminated the homes of several people with CHINESE DRYWALL. They, have refused to fix what they have done, and are not fulfilling the bonded builders home warranty. WHATEVER YOU DO DONT BUY FROM SMITH AND CORE. YOU MAY GET DIAGNOSED WITH LUNG DISEASE LIKE I DID. BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They put crappy products from the ceiling to the floor in their homes and sleep good at night! Freakin paint isnt even holding up havent had the house for that long!
