My cat was ill and I was looking for an affordable veterinarian on the Eastside. (My previous vet was no longer affordable!) I ended up finding the Critter Doctor. I called to make an appointment and explained my cat's symptoms to the receptionist. That evening, one of the doctors called me back to say that my cat needed to be seen as soon as possible. She recommended bringing her in the next day. I thought it was great that the doctor reviewed appointments to assess situations. Unfortunately, my cat didn't recover and had to be put down. I had a long advisory session with one of the doctors and she frankly and kindly explained the situation. When the time came to put the cat down, the staff was very kind and they even made a keepsake pawprint plaque of my cat's foot.
