Biggest mistake I have ever made.They said they are a "green company"and will e-mail you a receipt.This is an out and out lie.You will never see a receipt in your lifetime.I paid Rob $680 cash 4 months ago and am still waiting for an itemized receipt.I paid $680 to replace the main control board on my GE frig.I should have asked for an itemized receipt in advance but foolishly did not.The board can be purchased onlne for $135.so even if u double the price of the board to $270 thats $410 for labor for a job that took Mike the repairman 15 min to do.thats $400 AN HOUR for labor any way u look at it.Frig still didn't work and was then told that the compressor was also shot.This would have cost thousands and wasn't feasible.I was told that the board was now used and could not be returned(2 days in the frig)but that they would use it in the next job they had for a control board.But not to worry because they replace these boards all the time.That was 4 months ago.And I have not idea what the
