I wouldn't recommend this institution to anyone. I've found them to be extremely rude. I have a car loan through them and a few months ago I raised my insurance deductibles to save some money. I forgot that the max deductible I could carry was $500 and of course got a nasty letter in the mail. That was my fault. Well, I found out that my insurance carrier was lowering their max deductible to $550. The credit union wasn't willing to let this pass since it was $50 over the limit. Hello, my car payment is supposed to be $220 a month and I've been making $1000 payments each month! I can obviously afford an extra $50 if anything happened. I'll even throw $50 in a savings account at your bank for the difference. I thought that one of the reasons to bank at a credit union was so they could make exceptions for their customers. There are other problems that we've had with them. I wouldn't never bank with them again.
