I cannot thank Dr. Luis Cruz for his warm manner and expertise and thank his staff enough for their kindness and patience with me while caring for my older German Shepard, Manny who had many problems. Manny needs lots of TLC and that is what he got and then some. I am forever grateful to Dr. Cruz and his staff for recognizing my nervousness and being attentive to the fact that Manny may require a great deal of patience in handling. His staff was also very professional as well as friendly. For Manny, there is no other place that I would ever bring him to but American Veterinary. Thanks Dr. Cruz, you're the best!
