Review content:
I recently made a reservation for eight people at Numero Uno for 6:30pm. I made the reservation at 2:30pm and our party arrived at 6:20pm. We first were told our table would be ready shortly, and we did see an open table for eight at the front of the restaurant. We waited for 30 minutes in the doorway with not so much as a word from the maiterdee. finally after another 10 minutes I had to ask when we our table would be ready and was told the kitchen was unable to accomadate our party, for at least another 30 to 40 minutes, the maiterdee tells us this as he continues to seat smaller parties of two and three people. The Numero Uno maiterdee needs to work on his service skills and to understand the word reservation. Don't take a reservation if they mean nothing to you. Needless to say we left and patronized another restaurant
