I am not a huge fan of this location I used to shop at the location in Round Lake Beach and while they had the same great selection the prices were half what they are here this made me biased I do occasionally buy things here but I find that I can find things on the clearance rack at gymboree for about the same price I pay here so I rarely shop here for outfits. However they have a great coat & shoe selection and whenever I am looking for these this is my first stop Elefanten for $8 can't beat that. As for selling here no thank you I was extremely annoyed as I came with formal dresses and coats on hangers fresh from the dry cleaners and they refused to look at them unless they were in a box I mean come on give me a break I get that they don't want people to bring in wrinkled bags filled with clothes but I was not about to put formal gowns & in a box thats ridiculous then they offered me a ridiculous price I went to New To You Kids down the block and they offered me more than double a
