The bookstore, itself, is wonderful. The service is friendly, helpful and not intrusive. \r

Do NOT, however, go to the Starbucks there. I was really looking forward to going there, having had terrific service there in past years (We are from out-of-town). This time the woman working there was extremely rude to the woman who arrived before us. (The woman left without buying anything, although she'd planned to buy a pound of coffee.) When it was our turn the server ignored us and continued to write on her clipboard, which was on the counter right in front of us. When she did finally look up she didn't smile, just said "What can I get for you?" My husband ordered, but she was so rude and so unpleasant that I turned around and left. My husband would have left, too, except that he'd handed her the money and wasn't about to let her have that and get nothing in return. He didn't tip her and he always tips! We then went to the Starbucks on 10th Avenue where the service was excellent.
