Where should I even begin... I had to call several times to get an appointment because the groomer was "always out" and would never return my calls. finally, I get an appointment- I dropped my dog off with the order of a puppy cut and picked up a SHAVED dog. the cut was horrible, didnt blend AT ALL around the head and body and cut the ears extremely short. My dog looks so horrible and still had tangles in her tail. When i called to ask them about it, not only was I not directed to the manager or head vet- they also argued with me about what I told them to do when I dropped them off. I should have known they would argue with me because when we dropped them off the receptionist had a horrible attitude. So displeased with my service and will never go back. Now I have to wait for months for my dogs hair to grow back. Please save your money and your dogs fur and dont go there.
