I am very upset about the review from January 29. I was at Fanwood for an appointment with my cat at the time that lady was at the front desk; she was really mad because she had just been pulled over by a police officer in front of the hospital and while he was giving her a speeding ticket, he also wrote her a ticket for her dog because it was so vicious inside the car. She was telling this story to the staff, and also complaining that she never heard of paying for an exam when her animals got shots. I don't know what doctor she goes to, but I always expect to pay for an exam when I see a doctor. She seemed very stressed and angry and I think that review is mean and inappropriate. I have been a client at Fanwood for a long time--since Dr. Duddy was there, and find them to be great doctors, caring and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
