This advance parts store in Thorndale Pa has the most outstanding customer service that I have ever seen. We had a damaged part and they not only replaced it but had it delivered to the garage where our car was. Our car was up on the lift and we would have been unable to get this damaged part replaced had a great guy by the name of James offered to speak to his manager and have it delivered. This random act of kindness was by far the best thing that any business has ever offered to do. James has made not only his Advance Auto Parts Store, but all the rest stand out as being truly customer friendly. He should be given a promotion or at the least made Employee of the Month. \r

This will never be forgotten and as always we will continue to purchase our auto parts strictly from Advance.\r
