When doing research for one of my monthly articles, I was reminded of the Versa Climber, a staple from back in the day. I vaguely remembered using one back in the 80's and thought it was a torture device. After contacting the company and speaking with someone, they put me in touch with one of their affiates, who was very helpful. He answered all of my questions, gave me the pitch and let me try it out. Yes indeed, it's still a torture device, but one I think I'm up for now. their pricing for the home version of the unit is about $1900, so price is most certainly to be considered. It's a great piece of equipment that had me sweating within a few minutes.
