Review content:
I used to go to this vet when they were first starting out. The focus THEN was compassionate care. However once the "richer" people began to move in to Carroll County and the business began to grow, it became like an assembly line. Old clients were just the number on their chart. Visits became brief and EXTREMELY expensive. Complaints are not followed up on at all. Their attitude isn't "the customer comes first" but if you don't like it here, go somewhere else because we have tons of other clients. One of the vet techs even told me my dog would never make it past 10 no matter what I did. She is now 12 and going strong. Would never go there if THEY paid me.
