I am never going here again. I took two kitens there when I first got them and they received vaccinations and meds for ear mites. When I took them back for the follow-up, I was told they needed the same vaccination. Their explanation was that since they had been 8 weeks old, the first shots only covered them to ten weeks, so I would need to start the booster series over $80 to vaccinate two kittens for two weeks?\r \r I recently took them back because my older cat got outside and brought back fleas. The person who answered the phone suggested I bring them in to get internal and external meds, and that I bomb the house, then clean it. I called that evening to let them know that I would have to board them overnight as the process takes a bit of work. No word on the cats. \r \r The next day I go to pick them up, and nothing has been done. Still flea ridden, no meds. Their answer is that the cats were too hard to handle and they didn't want to fight them. Over $150! I told them that if they w
