I tried this cleaners because they advertised that they are 'ORGANIC'. My pants are NOT CLEAN, they do not smell clean, they still have the spot that they had before I took them in, and TO TOP IT ALL OFF, THERE IS A DOUBLE CREASE IN ONE OF THE LEGS. A double crease is SO UNSATISFACTORY ! I did not look at them carefully, which was MY MISTAKE. They said they will clean them again for free, after which, I will review again.\r

I took the pants back, and they said that they would do them again at no charge, but the spot that I pointed out was still there, and they smell the same as the first time I took them in. I was not offered my money back and the woman I spoke with on the phone was so rude. She wanted to know "what the spot was" it was not a stain, but some food substance that I had spilled on them. \r

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES TO THIS CLEANER !!!!!
