Review content:
I'm new to town. My daughter became sick so I called BFMC. They said to bring here over, no appointment needed. Sounded good, but wasn't.\r
We arrived, filled out the normal paperwork (including a form saying we may not be seen by an actual doctor) and waited 35 minutes. They called our name to come back, but it wasn't to see the Dr, it was just to collect our co-pay. I asked how long of a wait it would be, and was told an hour and a half. So we left, and didn't come back.\r
I probably would have come back if anyone seemed friendly, or at least smiled at us. No one seemed happy to work there. I would equate it going to the public health department.
