I have to tell you that I am disappointed in the service my daughter and I received at the establishment on Rand Road in Mount Prospect on Sunday, April 1st. We made appointment for 3:00 and on our way in from the city, where we live, we had picked up a beverage and magazines to sit and enjoy as we relaxed with our pedicures. When we got there, we were walked into a room with many spa chairs as the girl pointed to one side of the room. I asked her if I should sit in the chair and she continued to say no, and pointing to the wall. I finally figured out that she wanted us to pick out a nail polish. What is so hard about saying "Pick a polish?" Finally they sat us in the spa chairs, which I was hoping that it would be more private, but it was out in the open like the typical "Chinese chop shop". The water was nice as I submerged my feet and before I could get comfortable with my magazine, she started doing the pedicure, I barely soaked my feet. My daughter got the same treatment and w
