I've been going to Heavenly Massage (Morton Grove) for 3 years for mostly pedicures. I do not get manicures and pedicures there for reasons others have cited (doing a manicure leaning to one side while getting a pedicure is NOT relaxing) so I either request these services separately (costs extra!) or skip the manicure all together. What I find that is for $30 pedicure, it's fine. I had a great woman doing my pedicures for these three years and she took her time, rubbed my legs and feet and it was actually relaxing (although I always kept my iPod on because the place itself is not a "spa" in any way and the bad radio music was annoying). Unfortunately, my favorite pedicurist moved back to Poland so I went through several others until I found one that was somewhat (although not totally) comparable to my former pedicurist.
