Earlier this year I purchased two Goodyear tires from one of the Goodyear licensed dealers in Atlanta, GA. As a college student I really didn't have much money but I wanted to go to a reputable dealer just in case something happened to my tires again. Unlucky for me, Goodyear didn't think my investment was worthy of their service. A few months later before heading back to my home town of Allen, I received a blowout on one of the Goodyear tires I purchased. Of course, I knew I had free tire replacement as part of the warranty I purchased with the tire, so I threw on the spare tire and decided to replace it once I got the chance. I arrived at the Goodyear of Allen, and I tell them what happened. After a brief inspection it is confirmed that the tire was damaged beyond repair and should be replaced. I am informed that location that I purchased the tire is not on file so I look up the phone number to the Atlanta store and ask them for my information. They tell me that even though they are
