Review content:
When I switched to Katz Pharmacy in 2006, I thought I had struck gold. My prescription plan covers the cost of my medications, but the "friendly" and "courteous" service at Katz was a refreshing reminder of days gone by. Now those "friendly" days have suddenly gone by.\r

My wife and I use a total of 16 different medications. Katz's delivery option was quite convenient, but when a relatively minor problem occurred, my attempt to reconcile the matter by phone was met with rude, callous and insulting responses. After the first time the nasty lady hung up on me, I called back, only to be placed on hold... indefinitely. I called back again, and again there was an immediate insult and a hang up.\r

Always the diplomat, my bride of 47 years called Katz to smooth things over. Though she kept calm and didn't raise her voice, I could tell by the expression on her face that she was terribly disappointed by the lack of professionalism by the person at Katz.\r
