The Village of Western Reserve has just gone to hell since we moved in. Since that time the staff has changed, especially the leasing manager - 5 times (that is not an exaggeration either). You never know what to expect with each leasing manager. Very frustrating. There is NO EXAGGERATION in the previous listing on here, it is correct, Associated Estates Realty Corporation IS ONLY INTERESTED IN GETTING THEIR RENT CHECK ON TIME. They truly have no regard or respect for their tenants. There is no up keep outside, if you drive through the property on any given night the lights, whether they are the pole lights, the garage lights or the porch lights - BURN OUT AND ARE NEVER REPLACED NOW. When we first moved in maintenance came around and replaced these things. In the winter someone gets around to plowing whenever they feel like rolling out of bed. During the last big snow we had we were snowed in for a day! You better invest in a four wheel drive vehicle if you're seriously considering liv
