Pep boys is the typical national chain store. It has anything you could want for the car. Service department is okay, but waiting area is small and is usually dirty. I would not purchase something there for the rebates - they will frequently refuse the rebate, even though you sent the item in correctly. So, next time you are pricing tires, recognize that they do not like to pay for the rebates.
