Review content:
The newest facility at Five Forks is pristine. The attractive decor adds to the metro chic feel that one has throughout. I go several times a week and have never had a service issue or needed anything. Machines work, towels are clean and available. Classes can get full, but that is because they are great! Occasionally a machine is out of order but there are plenty and repairs are quick. Cleaning crew appears to be working 24/7. I agree with another reviewer that the Congaree location could use some updating.
