Review content:
The fact that they told me that they could perform a job which they could not doesn't make them a horrible bike shop. The fact that they cost me about $50 out of pocket because they ruined my fork doesn't make them a horrible bike shop. BUT, the fact that they are such ass holes after the fact of all this makes them a horrible bike shop. Not only did they ruin the threading on my fork, but then acted like ass holes telling me that it will take up to 4 hours or longer for a job which should take 20 mins. The next day I get a call saying the fork threading which they were supposed to perform is "messed up a little". They offered to finish the job but added that they would have to charge me more than quoted. WHY WOULD I HAVE THEM FINISH THE JOB WHEN THE TOP THREAD IS NOT STRAIGHT? The bottom line is if you don't know a LOT about bikes these guys will take advantage of you any way possible. Like all business's, this bike shop is here to make money.
