Review content:
This company doesn't update their stock count correctly. I made an online order that was processed and confirmed. I heard nothing from this company for 4 days. I assumed my order was valiadated and on its way. I later got an e-mail stating that they no longer had this item in stock. I made a call to see if this item was in their store, I was told YES. So, I made an hour and a half commute to purchase my well needed item. When I arrived at the store, I was told from Lois that they didn't even carry this item in their store. I then made a phone call to the 800 number inquiring about whether this item would be re-stocked. The young brat replied to me "Maybe." When I requested that they mark "OUT OF STOCK" under this item for others to see, the brat replied with "in a perfect world only that would happen." \r
This company is very unprofessional and unorganzied.
