I am a high school junior and I have purchased two formal prom-type dresses from Weddings and Parties Complete for school events. They have an amazing range of sizes and designs, with very reasonable prices. The owner is very accommodating. She gave excellent advice without being pushy. I'd definitely recommend Weddings & Parties Complete for any kind of dress or formal accessory shopping!
