please remember when you read these reviews...there are always two sides to every story..for example the customer that complained about the records/x-rays transfer...failed to mention her grandmother was seen on a coupon offer for free exam and x-rays..it stated on the coupon "non-transferable" so why she was upset they couldn't be transferred is not understandable..there was no charge for them and all the rules where stated clearly on the coupon..and furthermore because appletree strives on having good customer service...an exception was made and the x-rays ultimately sent at no charge..if that isn't good customer service..i am not sure what is then..but unfortunately the complaint fails to explain all these MINOR details...always remember two sides to every story...
