I think the new facility is great!!! I had my last two daughters in the Labor and Delivery Unit and absolutely loved it. My nurses were wonderful, making sure that I was comfortable, checking on me quite often and would even stay past her shift just because she started as my nurse when I came in. She didn't leave until my daughter was born that would be my 4 yr old. The same thing was true with my now 3 yr old as well. I also had my gallbladder taken out a couple of years ago and the staff was exceptional and eased my fears of the whole thing. Afterwards, in recovery, they made sure that I was comfortable and alert and could do things and stay awake on my own before releasing me. \r

I think sometimes the reason that people don't like the hospital or their nurses or their doctors is because they think that they are mean to them. Well, I know how people are working with the public and let me tell you if you are rude to someone, they are going to be rude back. Its human nature.
