I have had my animals out to Dixie for a number of years, both for medical and grooming. Most of the staff on the medical side know me when I enter the building, my chart is always pulled, I am greeted with a smiling face (most of the time) they make me feel special. That is also how it had been on the grooming side for the past 9 months. That receptionist ALWAYS had a smile on her face, always ask how things had been going for me and my babies. She was such a joy to deal with. That poor gal, I remember her working when she couldn't even talk last year. But she was still pleasant, and wore that beautiful smile. I came in last week for a grooming appt., my friend behind the desk was no longer there. Broke my heart. The lady who was working was not at all pleasant, she was there to work, very dry, strickly business, no smile. I certainly appreciated the extra effort the other lady had with us while on the grooming side. I always made many purchases over there and she was always so very h
