walked in and wow! my entire family scrambled and got lost in the cool stuff. the help was way beyond typical retail staff -- these guys knew their stuff, spent lots of time chatting and were amazingly enthused about everything in the store -- from rc stuff to thomas the train -- tons of advice, passion and genuine interest. they even looked stuff up on in real time and offered to do a special order, which i got...to the envy of my friends right when the car came out...i'll never shop for hobby stuff online again -- these guys have the prices to match online and the people to help you out...\r
