We?ve been taking our four wheel drive ?kids? to Char-Rich Kennels for over ten years and wouldn?t think of taking them anywhere else. Though the kennel is in San Antonio, its unique location gives it a peaceful, country atmosphere where the ?kids? can thoroughly enjoy the view from the outside runs. The special attention and personal care they?re given during their visits are reassuring to us because we know they are in safe and caring hands. Bill Taylor, the owner and manager, recently went out of his way to personally drive one of our pets across town to our veterinarian so our little guy could receive medical care. On another occasion when a problem arose with one of our pets with special-needs, Bill didn?t think twice about contacting us in Hawaii to resolve the problem. We have a totally comforting feeling knowing that whenever our ?kids? are staying at Bill?s kennel, they are cared for and looked after as if they were his own. It?s no wonder why the
