This is Rachel with Mr Electric. Unfortunately we were unable to find a record of our visit to Mr. D.'s home so we cannot speak to his situation specifically. We would like to say we are very sorry that his experience did not exceed his expectations. Our technicians do work on commission, however they are trained to never try and sell a customer electrical services they do not need or want. On the other hand we also train our electricians to be thorough in the evaluations of a customer's electrical system and not to hesitate in pointing out electrical components that may be a hazardous to the home's occupants. It is also important that the service professional RECOMMEND options to a home owner that they may not have considered or known were available; such as security lighting, interconnected smoke/CO detectors or shock protection that could make their home more safe and secure.
