Dr. Packard and her staff are EXCEPTIONAL! They have offered professional care for my 5 animals ever since I moved to Oak Ridge 8 years ago. I have never had a vet who cared so much for my animals well-being or who took so much time to explain things to me. My animals love coming to the vet and that says alot to me. They have been cared for, boarded, had surgery and groomed here. I hope Dr. Packard is around for as long as I have pets. When my beloved Gizmo passed away, Dr. Packard went above and beyond what I would ever dream of to send her sympathies to us. She even donated to a local rescue organization in his memory. She has worked with us in so many ways to make sure our pets were given the care they needed. I am proud that my dogs have Dr. Packard and their staff looking after them.
