I've been going to them since the early 1990s, and I have never, ever had an unsatisfactory experience. Through everything from routine exams to emergencies to pet deaths, they've been the only people that I consistently trust my pets with. They're way out of my area, but it doesn't matter at all, as they are truly fantastic. I've been able to call and get answers to questions I have, I've been able to book appointments quickly, and I've been 100% satisfied with the way in which they've treated my pets, and my family. I've referred tons of family and friends there as well, due to the amazing (and unageing) Dr. Packard.
