Review content:
DO NOT rent a house from HC Blake (aka "the slumlord"). The company is always late to respond to tenants' issues. If by some form of luck the tenant's complaints make it past the gauntlet of lazy receptionist, the owner may or may not respond to your needs. If you rub you?re lucky rabbit?s foot hard enough HC Blake may get around to sending a maintenance man over. Even then, the so-called repair men often smell of alcohol and pot and have little expertise in addressing the problem at hand. Hopefully the issues are not serious enough that it will incur substantial costs. As HC Blake Co absolutely refuses to address serious repairs (such as black mold). \r

These are all obvious measures to "cut cost" and gain short-term profits. It reflects a lack of care for the most important stakeholder, the customer. Unfortunately, HC Blake Co will continue to lose business. Please do not become a victim to doing business with any functional element of this poorly-ran company.
