I called your office and explained we had 2 refrigerators that needed service.\r

The lady I spoke with said you had parts & serviced all models. \r

The serviceman came, announced he does not bother with compact\r

units because they cost more to repair than replace.\r
\r

The service man then looked at other unit , laughed and said he did not have\r
\r
parts for it & if he could find them it would cost $375.00. \r
\r
He thought it was funny while writing up a $63.00 bill for a 2 minute service call. \r
\r
It's not. \r
\r

If I was told you do not service compacts & did not have parts for older units\r
\r
I would not have bothered.\r
\r
You can rip me off for a service charge, but that will be the last time you will. \r
\r
