Horrible service. Not only did the shuttle leave 2 hrs late but the dispatch personnel was extremely rude for no reason. They did not call me back as they said they would. When I asked if they could drop my boyfriend off with the first passenger who was being dropped off then i'd pick him up there since he's been traveling already for a long time (over 30 hrs since hobart, tasmania!) the response i got back was a very rude well everyone's been traveling long! I wasn't asking for any favors so I don't know why I should get such a rude reception! I would never use this service again.
