Real cheaters...real money stealers...thiefs...my flight was late for 30 minutes and i missed the shuttle. i called the cust service and they the next is after 3 hours, as i am with a 2 year old in the winter, so i thought i would find a different shuttle service. i checked with cust service and they said i can go for other options but they didn't tell me that my card will be charged.\r

When i asked why my card is charged for $165.00 even when i didn't use the sevice, they just kept me waiting on the phone and finally cut the line. the worst customer service.\r

Please avoid this shuttle service if possible.
