My 90 yr old mother-in-law and my sister-in-law arranged this limo service to pick up the 90 yr old in PHL at 12:30 am three days ago. (They had used it for a number of years with no problems.) My husband and I had accompanied her both ways between PHL and San Francisco. Her arrival was a little tardy but within a good tolerance at PHL. Satisfactory on that. She had a pre-paid round trip ticket and was scheduled for her pickup in PHL. When we arrived right on time from CA, we called, as directed, from the transportation desk near baggage. Steve, the dispatcher, told us he had no drivers and she would have to find another way home. My husband, the employees at the desk, and I all tried to make Steve understand that we were talking about a 90 yr old woman who needed to go home right then. We asked if Dave would pick up the tab for a taxi. No. A hotel? No. We asked to talk to a supervisor. No one there. We were told to call back at 9 am. Nothing even about a refund. No inf
