creation tools, not a mediator of content. We allow our users express their opinions,
but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe
in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful
content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating,
and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you. In cases where contact information

While they do manage to get you to the right location on time, there are two things that bother me about the service. First, one must call them from the airport ground transportation location to get them to come pick you up after your plane has arrived. the wait from the time of this phone call can be as much as 30 minutes. I would hope that there is some better way to make sure that vehicles are available for pickup than through this call and hope someone is nearby method. The second problem I have is with their web presence. it is great that they have a web page, but it would be better if they actually used it as advertised. DO NOT USE the web page to request information. It would appear that no one checks the e-mails generated when you fill out any of the forms. You must call them directly to get any information or make any reservations. In this day and age I find it reprehensibe that any company should have a web page which is misleading.
