Review content:
We woke up early Sunday morning to find that our hot water tank had sprung a leak and not a drop of hot water was to be had. We didn't think there was a chance of getting it repaired on a Sunday, so sat down to do some research. Found Fast Water Heater Company online. Pat answered the call on the first ring, provided us with an over the phone estimate to replace with a comparable unit and scheduled us for service at our convenience for the following day. Jeff arrived on time, was professional, friendly, courteous and knew his stuff. He got the job done quickly and left the worksite clean and tidy. The only downside of the whole process, as I see it, is the phone estimate part. They can give you a unit cost, but invariably there are going to be additional charges that they won't be able to account for until the tech comes out to see the job site. In our case it was additional venting to meet code. I think that they would be better served to only quote the unit price and warranty info ov
