We have been so pleased with the helpfulness of Shirley,the manager of this bank. She has waived the fee on a checking account and also the check printing fees for my daughter who was in college at the time. She has helped with documents that we needed notarized at no extra charge. The tellers have always been nice to us and we have never had any errors made with our accounts. I like the services that they have to offer beside a regular checking account like CD'S, money market checking accounts, and safe deposit boxes. Located in the heart of Kernersville with plenty of parking and a drive thru as well as a ATM.
