Review content:
One year ago my dog (age 6) was operated on for stones in her bladder. She was in a lot of pain even with the medication. I brought her back to the clinic everyday for a week, still no improvement. They wanted to keep her overnight for observation, only to find out that nobody would be there ALL night with her. Seeing how much pain she was in they suggested that I take her to the Animal Hospital in Woburn. My heart pounding I had a friend drive me up there with my dog in my lap crying. At the hospital they told me that she was septic and only had a 20% chance of surviving surgery. She had been leaking blood and urine into her bladder all week due to carelessness of the surgeon at Melrose Animal Clinic. We had no choice but to put her down. My heart is still broken.
