I had a mixed experience with Ridenow on Rancho and a 2.5 star rating may be more accurate. Some of the sales guys I talked to were nice and helpful (Mike R. was great) but I agree with some of the other reviews on here that they will just plain rip you off. If you are an experienced shopper you may be able to navigate the negotiations at the dealership a bit better, but as for me, an inexperienced buyer I would issue this warning: They will add extra costs to your sales price you may spend hundreds if not thousands more on the deal. They have a good selection of bikes and a decent selection of gear I will give them that, but when you sit down to talk business make sure you are not giving them an inch in the way of pricing. Dealer Setup charge, Freight Cost and an assortment of others can tack on another $800 to the base cost which is probably a few hundred higher than the MSRP listed price.
