My water heater was was thirty three years old. So I decided to make a stop at Home Depot on a Sunday afternoon I had a call from Fast before I even got home. Customer service staff was very pleasant and responsive and set up an appointment that was perfect for my schedule. The installer actually showed up at the beginning of the appointment time frame ( first time ever that's happened to me). The installer was very friendly and new what he was doing and was done in good time. Overall I was impressed with the company and there service.
